A Study on Organization Structure Evolvement and Causation in the Process of the Growth of Firm

This paper,applying the theories of management and economics,analyzes the evolvement and cause in the process of the growth of firm.Starting with law of the evolvement from Unitary Structure to Multidivisional Structure,it points out that this kind of transformation is able to reduce the cost of production and distribution,achieve the'speed economy' by managerial coordination in the terms of management,and obtain management efficiency the firm by division of labor of management in the terms of(economy).It creates ultimately a structure model of equilibrium of right-multidivisional structure.
