农民工群体性事件的影响因素——对苏南地区农民工的调查

通过苏南地区农民工的调查,分析当前农民工对群体性事件的认知倾向,并运用logistics模型,分析农民工群体性事件的影响因素及其作用程度。结果表明：农民工年龄、适应城市程度、签订劳动合同、体制内维权困难、参与非正式组织与否、心理危机来源和对政府的满意度对农民工参与群体性事件有显著影响;农民工工资拖欠等权益受损问题并不是引发群体性事件的最直接的因素,只有当权益受损且体制内维权困难的情况下农民工才会选择参与群体性事件。

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers' Group Events——A Survey of Migrant Workers in Southern Jiangsu Province

Based on the investigation in Southern Jiangsu,and use the logistic regression model,this paper analyses the influencing factors of migrant workers＇ group events.The result shows age,the extent they adjust to living in city,whether signing the labour contract and joining the unformal organization,easy or not to safeguard their own rights inside the system,the psychological crisis and the migant workers＇ satisfaction for the government have obvious influence upon the incidents.However,benefits are not the direct cause of the incident,only when the migrant workers＇ rights and interests are lost and diffcult to safeguard within the mechanism,do they choose to participate in group events.
