农户投资非农产业意愿及其满意度的影响因素分析——基于陕西、甘肃两省农户的问卷调查

以2008年对陕西和甘肃两省746个农户的实地调查数据为基础，通过二项Logistic和Ordinal Regression模型对农户投资非农产业意愿及其满意度的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明，25．3％的农户没有投资非农产业，投资非农产业的农户中有74．1％的农户对投资收益持积极态度。农地面积、家庭常住人口、户主的教育程度、农户的风险态度、家庭财务状况对农户投资非农产业意愿有显著影响；农地面积、是否愿意采用新品种、户均年收入对农户投资非农产业满意度有显著影响。

An Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Farmer Investment in Non-agricultural Industries and Degree of Satisfaction——Case Study from Shaanxi and Gansu

Based on the investigation data of 756 farm households surveyed in Shaanxi and Gansu in 2008, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of farmer＇ s investment in Non-agricultural industries and satisfaction through binary logistic and ordinal regression model. The result shows that 25.3% farmers don＇t invest non-agricultural industries and 74. 1% farmers have a positive attitude on investment income. Total area of agricultural land, the family resident population, the education level of head of household,the risk attitude of farmer and family financial situation of farmer have a significant influence on farmer＇ s willingness to invest in non-agricultural industries. Total area of agricultural land, willing to adopt new varieties and the average annual income have a significant influence on farmer＇ s satisfaction on investment in non-agricultural industries.
