我国农业信息化发展的形势与对策

摘    要:目前我国农业信息技术实现了由单一技术应用向综合集成方向转变,农业信息产业进入由萌芽向成长初期方向转变的历史阶段,同时也面临着农业资源枯竭、农业生态环境恶化、农业比较效益低下等多重约束,存在着技术产品标准与检测缺失、关键技术装备创新滞后、市场化程度低、配套政策不完善等问题与挑战。提出加快农业信息技术产品研发、健全农业信息化工程规范和评测体系、建立农业信息化示范基地群、大力推进电子商务等对策建议。

Abstract:This paper argues that the current agricultural information technology in China has transformed from single technology application to integrated usage, and agricultural information industry has grown up from budding to the early development stage. However, agricultural information technology also faces multi-constraints such as agricultural resource depletion, deterioration of the agro-ecological environment, low efficiency, and there exist other issues and challenges, such as the lack of standards and examination for technology products, the lag of key technology and equipment innovation, low marketization, and the imperfection of supporting policies. Finally, we propose to accelerate the development of agricultural information technology products, to improve the engineering specifications and evaluation system of agricultural information, to establish the agricultural information demonstration base groups, and vigorously to promote e-commerce and other countermeasures.
