车灯支架的模态分析

摘    要:车灯试验支架是对车灯进行振动测试的实验平台,其结构的合理性直接影响到试验的准确性。规范要求车灯试验支架的固有频率应大于一定值以避免与外界载荷产生共振。文章研究了一款AFS车灯的结构避振设计。由于AFS车灯结构的特殊性,容易产生共振,论文通过模态分析找到支架的薄弱部位,在保证支架功能及制造工艺的前提下,建立了3种不同支架的加强方案,并利用ANSYS进行模态分析,得到了简单有效的支架方案。

Abstract:The car lamp bracket, which structural rationality has a direct influence on the accuracy of results, is an experimental platform for vibration testing of car lamp. The technical standard requests that the natural frequency of car lamp bracket should be greater than a certain value in order to avoid resonance with external applied load. The paper studied a design of structural vibration free for a type of AFS car lamp. Because of the particularity of AFS car lamp structure, it is easy to produce the resonance, the paper found the weakpart of the bracket with ANSYS modal analysis and established three types of strengthened models of brackets on the premise of guaranteeing function and manufacturing. The simplified and effective modal was gained with ANSYS modal analysis.
