| 摘 要： | 应用一手调查资料,从农户行为的微观角度研究了影响我国农村劳动力转移的城镇因素:城镇推力和城镇拉力。分析显示:2000年到2004年,影响农民工进城的城镇因素中,城镇推力和拉力都有所增强,表明城镇因素对我国农村劳动力转移的影响正日益加强。

| Abstract: | The present study tries to analyze the city factors from a micro-angle by using the first-hand investigation. Through this study, we find that the pull and push factors that affects farmer immigration emerged from 2000 to 2004, which shows that city factors that affects farmer immigration are more and more important. |
