金融深化、扶贫效应与农村合作金融发展

利用当地经济社会发展数据以及重庆开县民丰互助会的业务发展数据等，实证研究金融深化、扶贫效应与农村合作金融发展的关联性。研究发现，重庆开县民丰互助会的金融深化指标与开县经济增长存在较为密切的关系，其中以贷款效率和贷款规模对经济增长的影响最为显著，扶贫效应亦较为明显。更进一步研究认为，在一定范围内深化和推广以农村资金互助组织为代表的农村合作金融模式，有利于健全和完善我国农村金融市场体系，以及金融精准扶贫工作的实践推进。

Financial Deepening, the Effect of Poverty Alleviation and the Development of Rural Cooperative Finance

Using the the local economic & social development data and Minfeng mutual business development data from Kaixian county, Chongqing City, this paper makes an empirical analysis to investigate the relationship between financial deepening, the poverty alleviation and development of rural cooperative financial effect. The results find that Minfeng indicators of financial deepening and economic growth in Kaixian has a close relationship with the loan, while the loan scale and loan efficiency have the most significant impact on economic growth, and the poverty alleviation effects are obvious. Further research shows that to deepen and promote the mode of rural cooperative finance represented by rural mutual fund organizations within certain extent, is conducive to improving the system of rural financial market and the practice of financial precision poverty alleviation in China.
