圈层生活中的民主：农村选举的运行逻辑

圈层社会是农村社会生活与交往的重要表征。依据社会成员互动的关系性质,农村社会呈现出家族圈、人情圈、公共圈和示范圈等等不同的圈层,每个圈层内的成员往往具有不同的行为动机和思维方式。农村选举运行于农村社会生活内部,在运行过程中被农村社会中的圈层特性所覆盖,并呈现出不同于制度理性和民主预设的运行逻辑。这种运行逻辑直接体现就是各个圈层之间的互动与交换,进而打破原有的社会资源网络,实现农村社会资源的整体再造与重塑。从民主社会度发育的角度上看,这种＂打破-重建＂的过程一方面促进了基层民主在农村社会生活中的成长与深化,另一方面有利于重新认识基层民主的研究路径与发展状态。

Democracy in Circle Life: Running Logic in Rural Election

Circle life is an important representation of rural social life and interaction .According to the re-lation property of interaction among social members , a rural society is reflected in such different circles as family circle, human circle, public circle, demonstration circle and the like .Members in each circle usu-ally have different motives and logic modes .Rural election runs within the life of rural society , is covered by the circle characteristics of the rural society in the running process , and demonstrates a running logic different from institutional nationality and democratic assumptions .Such a running logic is directly reflected in the interaction and exchange among the circles , accordingly breaks an original social resource network , and realizes overall rebuilding and reshaping of rural social resources .From the perspective of development of democratic socialization , the process of “breaking-rebuilding”, on the one hand , promotes the growth and deepening of grassroots democracy in rural social life , and on the other , facilitates rethinking on the research path and development state of grassroots democracy .
