| 摘 要： | 目前的金融危机已对我国广大返乡农民工再就业产生很大影响.就湖南而言,返乡农民工大多来自广东省珠三角地区;主要集中在劳动密集型和技术含量低的制造业和建筑业;年龄偏大、综合素质不高,基本上没有接受过技能培训;但外出务工意愿强烈.解决返乡农民工就业问题,需要建立一系列长效机制,包括创新政府帮扶形式,拓展农民工就业平台;切实加强技能培训,提高返乡农民工就业能力;加强就业指导服务;保护农民工合法权益;建立政府主导的金融担保和信用评价体系,为农民工创业提供金融支持,优化自主创业的环境;完善农村劳动力就业的法律规制,为农民工就业提供制度保障等.
