| 摘 要： | 农民工返乡创业行为受众多因素的影响。以四川省达州市149名返乡农民工为例，运用Logistic模型进行分析，研究发现：家庭年收入、打工经历、地理位置、恋乡情结、社会关系对农民工返乡创业有正面的影响，经营管理、金融危机、其他创业者对农民工返乡创业有负面的影响。其结论对于农民工返乡创业的政策含义是：应充分发挥意识形态作用，培育社会创业文化；应加大对收入较高且有着良好社会关系的农民工进行创业培训；应合理规划创业地点，完善创业配套相关服务。
