| 摘 要： | 随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年人口长期照护问题日益凸显。我国老年人口健康照护现状的供需缺口巨大。主要原因有认识不到位,投入不足以及专业人员严重欠缺等。结合不同养老模式的特点以及发达国家针对人口老龄化的长期照护体系的成功经验,破解当下我国老年人口健康照护困境的最佳路径是,在经济发达地区率先创建"居家照护社区养老为主的LTC体系"的试点工作。

| Abstract: | Along with the population aging,concern about the increasing or disabled elderly has been voiced.However,there is a huge gap between the elderly care supply and demand in China.Also there are significant differences of the elderly care system between the rural and urban areas in China.The reason is related to the unawareness the serious situation in population aging among the decision-makers,inadequate investment in the elderly care system,and a serious lack of professional staffs.Through the assessment of long-term care system,it is concluded that the right choice for China is to introduce the long-term care system at present. |
