| 摘 要： | 在高等教育精英阶段,高等教育质量观是以认识论为其哲学基础的,高等教育以传授高深学问为宗旨和质量标准.在高等教育由精英阶段步入大众化阶段,由于时代的变迁,高等教育由社会边缘走向社会中心,关涉到更多利益相关者;满足各利益相关者的基本价值诉求,成为高等教育质量新的历史使命.高等教育质量观的哲学基础逐渐由认识论向价值论转变.在这一转变过程中,需要在工具理性与价值理性之间寻求合理的高等教育质量价值取向.
