海峡经济区的空间演进:结构、特征与问题

海峡经济区作为两岸经贸交流孕育的区域经济单元,其地域边界具有动态演进性,存在大、中、小“三层重叠”的空间结构。目前,海峡经济区业已呈现明显的“结节化”特征,并且在各“结节”集聚、辐射功能的此消彼长中,其空间网络体系也开始形成。从区域经济空间重组视角分析,两岸经贸交流“信道”阻塞、网络结构单一化、空间结构单向成长等问题构成海峡经济区空间演进的直接障碍,而其根源在于台湾当局限制性的两岸经贸政策。

On Spacial Evolvement of the Cross-strait Economic Zone: Structure, Characters and Problems

As the regional economic unit stemmed from the cross-strait economic communication, the Cross-strait Economic Zone has a spatial structure with three layers overlapped: each respectively in large, middle and small sizes, and its boundary extends dynamically. At the present phase, the Cross-strait Economic Zone has clearly shown its characterization of stages. Each stage has its function of assembling and radiation functions and its spatial network rank system is under formation. From the view of the spatial re-organization of regional economy, due to the block of the cross-strait economic and trade communication channel, the singleness of the network structure and the unilateral development of the spatial structure, the direct holdbacks to the Cross-strait Economic Zone come into existence, and all these are rooted in the restrictive policy of Taiwan Authorities.
