| 摘 要： | 邓宁的国际投资发展阶段理论主要探讨一国对外直接投资的流人和流出状况同本国经济发展之间的关系.根据1979-2007的数据所进行的研究表明,中国国际投资发展阶段住整体上滞后于经济发展水平.其原因主要在于:全球化的影响、体制和政策的问题、巨大的国内市场、企业自身的问题、贸易对投资的替代以及东道国的因素等.中国进入投资发展路径第三阶段之后,吸引外资和对外直接投资的主要特征将发生巨大变化.

| Abstract: | Dunning's theory of Investment Development Path(IDP) mainly deals with foreign direct investment(FDI) inflow and outflow and their relationship with the economic development of a certain country.Based on the data of 1979-2007,the study reveals that China's international investment remained behind its economic development.It is argued that the main factors for this phenomenon include the impact of globalization,the constraints of the system and policy,the enormity of the domestic market,problems with corpora... |
