| 摘 要： | 战略环境分析是战略管理过程的第一个环节,也是制定战略的开端。战略环境分析的目的是展望企业的未来,这是制定战略的基础。孙子知彼、知己、知天、知地的"四知"思想从微观、中观、宏观三个层面对企业战略环境进行分析,比西方的战略环境分析理论更加全面、科学,能够帮助企业制定出具有真正竞争优势的战略决策。

| Abstract: | Strategic environmental analysis is the first step of the strategic management process, is also the be ginning of development strategy. The aim of strategic environmental analysis is to prospect the future of enter prises, which is the basis for formulating the strategy. Sun Tzu＇ s ＂fourknow＂ from three layers of the micro, mediumview, macro analyzed the enterprise strategic environment, the analysis theory of strategic environment is more comprehensive and scientific than that of western with real competitive advantage. , it can help the enterprise to make strategic decisions |
