王府乐户与明代宗室犯罪关系述论

乐户制度由来已久,明代宗室乐户是朱元璋在"分封建国"政治背景下,保全宗藩体尊,参与王府祭祀、迎接诏敕和宴享等活动的特殊社会群体。王府设置乐户,其目的也是利用儒家礼乐教化功能,实现家国之治,维护藩府之稳定。然而,由于乐户本身职业的特殊性,加上明中期以后宗室放纵享乐情绪的滋长,在王府乐户的导引下,宗室往往置朝廷藩禁、婚禁制度于不顾,作奸犯科十分频繁。

As a time-honored system,the musician household in Ming Dynasty is a special social community which specializes in official and royal political recreation in order to save the royal clan.It is established for sacrifice,meeting,imperial order and feasting under the political background.Ming Dynasty aims at using the educational function of the Confucian music theory to govern the country and protect the stability of suzerainvassal,however,the musician household is established imperial clan crimes.The phenomenon is concerned with such factors as the specialization of musician household,imperial clan gastronomy and the strict regulations,especially the marriage controlling systems.
