| 摘 要： | 城市中新生代农民工具有不同于原有农民工、也不同于市民的特殊之处。新生代农民工要想在城市中更好地生存和发展，就必须从知识技能、心理、思想道德等方面提高自身素质。在这个过程中，需要充分发挥企业、工会、政府的积极作用，为新生代农民工的素质提高提供良好的社会和制度环境。

| Abstract: | The new generation of farmers in cities is different from original migrant workers,and also different from the public's unique.The new generation of migrant workers in cities must improve their own quality from the knowledge and skills,psychological,ideological and moral in order to survive and develop.In this process,we need to help enterprises,trade unions,government's active role,which can provide a good system environment for improving the quality of the new generation of migrant workers. |
