青年教师的培养,重在"三师"教育

21世纪是知识经济时代，知识对国民经济的影响力正日益凸显，知识经济发展战略的首要问题是高等教育问题，大学承载着高等教育的重要历史使命。高校青年教师是完成这一历史使命的主要力量，对他们的培养是高校可持续发展和提高现代大学教育质量的重中之重。要从我国高校青年教师现状出发，着重强调青年教师培养必须抓好“三师”教育，即师魂、师德、师能三个方面的教育。
