| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化是我国当前最主要的发展战略。通过总结新型城镇化的本质特征，可以研究并提出新型城镇化的评价指标体系和方法，进而可对我国近20年来城镇化发展的质量、效益和协调性等进行评价。研究结果表明：新型城镇化是以人为本、注重质量、统筹城乡、绿色发展的城镇化；1990年以来，我国城镇化总体趋势是好的，但个别年份略有波动；推进新型城镇化进程的关键环节是缩小城乡差距和节能减排。

| Abstract: | New-style urbanization is the main strategy of our country currently. The paper summarizes essential characteristics, puts forward an evaluation index system and method, then evaluates the quality, benefit and co- ordination of urbanization in recent twenty years. New-style urbanization is people-oriented ,focuses on quality, overall urban and rural development and green development. The general trend of new-style urbanization is good since 1990, while fluctuating slightly in some individual years. To reduce the city and countryside dispari- ty and save energy are the key link of promoting new-style urbanization process. |
