| 摘 要： | 环境库兹涅茨曲线的倒U型理论具有特定的适应性，并不是经济发展过程中环境污染路径所必须经历的状态。经济增长中环境污染的路径具有不确定性。这种不确定性主要来自于经济的投入和产出结构、污染治理投入和环境政策等因素综合作用的结果。

| Abstract: | The inverted U-curve of environmental Kuznets curve is suitable for special circumstances instead of existing in all economic growth process.The paths of environmental pollution in economic growth are uncertain.The uncertainties come from synthetic action of input and output structure,investment of pollution control,environment policies,etc. |
