| Abstract: | "Agriculture,Rural area,and Farmer"are the fundamental problems of Chinese development and construction.There would be no the whole country's richness without farmers' richness and there would be no whole social advancement and stabilization without rural area social security.Establishing a wholesome system of rural area social security is a great method to solve the problem of "Agriculture,Rural area,and Farmer"and to boost modernization course and construct harmonious society. |
