Abstract: | The interconnection network and international trade promote the vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce. The contract performance process is the most important part in cross-border e-commerce, which means after the contract negotiation,what the buyers and sellers need do to ensure the whole deal go smoothly. Specific processes include payment of the buyer, goods delivery of the seller, inspection, custom clearance of goods on the internet system, logistics distribution and information tracking. However, because cross-border e-commerce has just started in our country,the supervision system is imperfect and policy support is not enough, there are lots of problems in the process of the implementation of cross-border e-commerce contracts,such as third party payment,logistics,inspection and quarantine and payment of taxes during the custom clearance. As a result, starting with these problems,we have to establish and improve user verification system on the current transaction payment platform, to ensure transaction security, as well as set up monitoring and quality traceable system of cross-border e-commerce. We also have to innovate customs supervision mode,improve the declaration system, and set up the total logistics integrated solution as soon as possible to make rapid convergence of logistics, customs and commodity inspection,to promote the healthy and rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. |
