新生代农民工住房问题及对策研究

新生代农民工现已成为城市主要劳动力，为城市的发展建设做出巨大贡献。他们在城市生活中最大困难就是，高房价让他们无法在城市购买住房，所以他们的住房问题也成为这几年的热点话题。本文以新生代农民工居住现状为视角，研究他们在城市生活中的住房问题，为政府和有关部门解决新生代农民工在城市生活中的住房问题提供对策建议，实现新生代农民工与城市居民在住房上的公平权。

Housing Problems of New Generation Migrants and Strategy

The new generation migrants have been the major labor as a new type of work force,they made great contributions to the development of city. They are not able to afford to buy houses in the city because of the rising housing price. So their housing problem tends to be a hot topic in recent years. From perspective of current situa-tion,this paper tries to discuss the housing problems which they have to face in city,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for the government and relevant departments how to solve the new generation migrants’ housing problems in city,which realize the equity in housing between the new generation migrants and city residents and can make the city construction more harmonious and beautiful.
