| 摘 要： | 如何处理城市发展与文化的关系，如何理解当代文化的职能分化，关系到城市发展能否赢得新的机遇，以及能否在工业文化与信息文明的夹缝寻求城市新的增长点。本文通过分析当代城市文化的不同职能，提出了经济服务性文化和生活服务性文化两种类型，并通过大文化的视角将二者联结为一个整体，形成一个新的文化结构体系，而这一新的文化结构体系正是城市发展的重要机制。

| Abstract: | How to deal with the relation of city development and culture, and how to comprehend the function decomposition of presentday culture concern that city development gains a new chance and finds out a new increase point of city in a crevice between industry culture and information civilization. By analyzing different function of presentday culture, two types of economy service civilization and life service civilization were put forword, and through a visual angle of extensive culture were united as a whole which form a new culture structure system that is an important mechanism of city development. |
