| 摘 要： | 和谐村镇建设是社会主义新农村建设的有效载体，是和谐社会建设的重要基础。认真研究和谐村镇建设的评价指标体系，对于全面、客观地反映和谐村镇建设的成就和进程，更好地指导和谐村镇建设的实践具有重要的实践意义和理论意义。和谐村镇建设评价体系包括生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村客整洁和管理民主五个方面的5个一级指标和29个二级指标，可以较为全面系统地反映和谐村镇建设的水平和成果。
