| 摘 要： | 产权理论是当代经济学研究的一个主要课题。单纯用西方的产权理论来试图解决中国的国有企业改革问题的思路不妥，也无法从根本上解决问题，因为二的出发点和假设前提不同。我们还要衡量改革后的成本收益问题，这样才能使国企改革取得应有的成效。

| Abstract: | Property rights theories is a main lesson in contemporary economics. Chinese state-owned enterprise reform in solution that property rights western theories tries the way of thinking reform is not satisfactory, and also can' t solve problem at all. Because two of the point of departure is different from suppose the premise. We still measure the reformation of cost, which our state-owners enterprise reform can make the results that acquisition should have like this. |
