大学生和谐人际关系的形象构建--基于印象管理的社会学分析

人际关系和谐对大学生成长成才至关重要。现有的对大学生人际关系问题的探讨主要偏重于综述、特殊性分析和归因分析,对怎样构建和谐的大学生人际关系具有推动力。然而,对于人际关系的"第一印象"却鲜有研究,在人际互动中,"第一印象"开启了人际互动程序,其好坏如何直接影响人际互动的持续性、愉悦性,决定着人际关系和谐与否。戈夫曼将舞台戏剧表演嵌入对人的互动行为研究,运化出印象管理理论,对大学生和谐人际关系的形象构建具有指导意义。

Image Construction of Harmonious Interpersonal Relationship of College Students---A Impression Management-based Sociological Analysis

Harmonious interpersonal relationship is of great importance for the growth of college students. The discussion on college students＇ interpersonal relationship in previous studies emphasizes more on the review, special analysis and causal analysis, which are impetus of constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship of college students. However, the first impression of interpersonal relationship has been rarely studied. In interper- sonal interaction, the first impression opens interaction and dynamic program, whose quality directly impacts the persistence, pleasantness and harmony of interpersonal relationship. Goffman got the behavior of stage drama embedded in the study of interpersonal relationship and applied the impression management theory, which is instructive to construct harmonious interpersonal relationships of college students.
