摘    要:新课程改革要求教师不断提升专业知识、教学技能,教师专业发展不仅是教师自身能力和素质的提升,更是我国教育不断发展与创新的内在要求。教师的专业发展需要教师个人对专业发展理念进行更新,需要学校从制度、文化和学习资源等方面进行调整。

On Development Strategy for Excellent Teachers’ Professional in Primary School
Abstract:The new curriculum reform requires teachers to constantly improve the professional knowledge,teach-ing skills,teachers’ professional development of teachers are not only their own abilities and improve the quality of education in our country, but also the continuous development of the inherent requirements and innovation. Teacher professional development needs to update professional development concept, adjust the school system, culture and learning resources.
