| 摘 要： | 以专业化要求衡量师范生教育技能培养,是提高综合性大学师范教育竞争力和生命力的关键所在。综合性大学师范生教育技能培养专业化,应确立"教""导"结合、自我完善、富有个性的教育技能培养新理念;拓宽基本教育技能和专门教育技能的专业内涵;采用专业技能与专业知识、专业情感相融合的培养方式;落实严格实习和科学考核的专业化管理。

| Abstract: | Measuring teaching skill cultivation among normal school students in line with the professionalization requirement is the key to increasing the competing power and vitality of normal education in universities.Professionalized cultivation of teaching skills in universities,should on the one hand,designate a new concept which combines "instructing" and "guiding" and pays attention to self-perfection and educational skill cultivation with individuality and on the other hand,expand the contents of the basic teaching skill and specialized teaching skill and adopt a new training mode which integrates professional skills,professional knowledge and professional emotion and finally,establishe professionalized management featured with strict teaching practice and scientific assessment. |
