| 摘 要： | 反倾销目前已成为发达国家流行的保护国内产业的政策工具，但却遭到部分经济学家的非议，这不仅是因为反倾销常常带有保护主义的色彩，更是因为倾销本身符合企业利润最大化的原则，没有不公平竞争的因素。反倾销之所以盛行，是因为涉及到群体利益时集体行动产生了效力。

| Abstract: | Anti -dumping behavior has become a p opular policy tool used to protect th eir do-mestic industries in developed cout ries,but has been criticized by some economists.The reasons for the criticisms are the anti -dumping behavior is often colored by protectionism and that dumping itself is in line with the profit -maximizin g priciple of an enterprise,free fro m any element of unjust com-petition.It is because the collective actions are in effect when group in terest is involved that anti -dumping behavior is prevalent. |
