| 摘 要： | 我国有关著作权犯罪的刑事立法完善,需要在刑事政策上对著作权刑事保护作理性的定位,在立法技术上提高其可操作性,兼顾著作权刑事立法现代化与刑法总体特点的要求,并对著作权犯罪刑事诉讼制度的设置和其他因素的作用给予足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Before perfecting our criminal law on crimes against copyright, we should orientate the criminal protection of copyright reasonably in terms of criminal policies, improve its applicability technically,take into account the modernity of criminal legislation on crimes against copyright and the requirement of the overall features in the criminal law and pay adequate attention to the set-up of the criminal procedure system on copyright crimes and other factors. |
