| 摘 要： | “入世”后,内地与香港之间日益频繁的经济、民间交往客观上要求创新解决区际法律冲突的模式,并加强区际司法协助。本文通过比较内地与香港在合同、婚姻、继承方面的法律规定以及对内地与香港在区际司法协助领域存在问题的法律研究,在借鉴区际法律最新研究成果的基础上提出在“一国两制”的前提下解决内地与香港区际法律冲突,加强司法协助的理想模式和方法。

| Abstract: | With China's entry to WTO,t here have been increased economic and civil exchanges between the mainland and H ong Kong which makes it necessary to find a creative mode to solve interregional conflict of laws,and reinforce interregional judicial assistance between the t wo regions.After surveying the latest achievements of research in this area,t he paper proposes an ideal solution to the conflict of laws between the mainlan d and Hong Kong. |
