| 摘 要： | 从产业价值链的角度出发，分析业务战略外包的前景，认为随着技术革命的深入发展，大型企业会将更多的产业价值链中的非核心环节业务外包给中小企业。我国中小型企业应该积极参与全球产业价值链的竞争，提高资源利用率，以促进企业核心能力的培育与提高。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the prospects for strategic outsourcing in the light o f value chains.It argues that as technological revo lution continues,big corporations will increasingly outsource their non -core business to small and mediu m enterprises.Chinese small and med ium enterprises should participate actively in the competition of the global chain of industria l values,raise efficiency in the use of resources so as to promote the c ultivation and development of their core capacity. |
