| 摘 要： | 从产业经济学的角度看,教育属于第三产业,它的产品就是服务。教育服务是一种半公共产品,它既有公益性,又有产业性,因此教育服务产品的贸易是有局限性的。同时,教育规律和教育发展规律是不同的两个概念,适当引入市场经济的规律,可以促进教育的发展。

| Abstract: | In the light of industrial economics,education falls into th e sphere of tertiary industry and its product is provision of service.Education al service is a semi-public product which belongs partly to public welfare and partly to industry.Thus trading in the product of educational service is limite d.Meanwhile,we have to realize that characteristics of education and that of educational development are two different concepts.Educational development will be promoted by appropriate introduction of market economy. |
