北宋皇帝丧葬礼仪的性质及其对北宋社会的影响

北宋皇帝丧葬礼仪的主体是儒家传统丧葬礼仪，其绝大多数仪式见诸《周礼》、《仪礼》、《礼记》，还有一部分是源于这“三礼”或前代丧葬礼仪，只有极少数仪式源于佛教、阴阳五行学说及道教。北宋皇帝丧葬礼仪对北宋社会政治、经济、文化诸方面有着广泛的影响。

Nature of Royal Funeral Ceremony in Northern Song Dynasty and its Influence on Society

The ceremony of emperors'funerals in the Northern Song Dynasty was basically the traditional funeral rituals of Confucianism. Most of the rituals could be found in such historical records as "Rites of Zhou","Rites of Ceremony" and"Book of Rites".Some other rituals had been originated from the above three books of rites or from funeral rites still earlier. Only a very small part of emperors'funeral protocols in Northern Song came from Buddhism,the theory of yinyang and "five elements", and Taoism. The royal funeral rites then exerted extensive influence on politics, economy and culture of the dynasty.
