人民币由区域化到国际化:理念与路径

人民币区域化国际化是一个长期复杂的过程,要实现这一目标,首先要在认识上有所提升,对人民币国际化的利益、人民币区域化及其意义、人民币区域化国际化与人民币自由兑换的关系、亚洲国家对亚洲货币合作以及人民币区域化国际化的现实要求等问题厘清认识。在此基础上,中国应选择的现实路径是:一方面积极参与和重新审视现行以美元为主的国际货币体系,提出更务实和有价值的改革方案;另一方面,应加快推进人民币周边化和区域化,并不断提高国际化水平,在可能的条件下为推进"亚元"作努力,并进而为现行单一的国际货币体系转变成以美元、欧元、亚元为主体的公平、公正、有效的、多元的国际货币体系作贡献。
