| 摘 要： | 公益性是图书馆的基本精神和立馆之本。本文分析了我国加入WTO后对图书馆事业公益性的影响,通过对西方发达国家图书馆公益性服务典范的介绍,指出我国图书馆事业应坚持公益性的根本原则,并提出具体的保障措施。

| Abstract: | Public good is the basic spirit of lib raries and the base on which to build u p libraries.The present paper analyses the influence of Chin a's entry into the WTO on the public go od of her libraries,puts forth the fundamental principle that the libr aries of China should keep up with their public good by giving an account of the exemplifying practice of the libraries' serving the public good in the developed countries of the West and accord-ingly,advances particular guarant eeing measures. |
