论城市化进程中失地农民权益的保障

近20年来,特别是近几年来,由于工业化、城市化进程加快,农村集体土地大量被征用,失地农民的数量急剧上升;失地农民问题已经成为我国社会发展中严重的社会问题之一。城市化不仅只是土地非农化,农民居民化,要从根本上解决征地中存在的诸多问题和失地农民问题,必需尊重和切实保障被征地农民的权益,用社会主义市场经济的思维模式来探讨农民的土地征用问题。

Urbanization Should Protect the Interests of the Farmers Who Have Lost Their Land

In the past 20 years and particularly the past a few years,because of the quickening pace of industrialization and urbanization,vast areas of the land of the rural collectives have been expropriated and the number of farmers who have lost their land has drastically risen.This problem has become a serious social problem in the societal development of China.The urbanization is not only a process of non-ruralization of land and farmers' becoming urban inhabitants.It should solve the various problems,existent in the expropriation of land,and take care of the livelihood of the farmers who have lost their land once and for all.The interests of farmers whose land have been expropriated must be respected and really protected.A thinking mode of socialist market economy is to be used to discuss the issues on land expropriation of farmers.
