社区伦理论纲

社区伦理是指在社区生活中所蕴含和活跃着的社区成员的道德意识、道德活动及其所遵循的道德规范的总和,是一种社会的区域伦理和综合伦理。社区伦理最重要的现实基础是社区制度。由物的目标、关系目标和人的目标所构成的社区目标则是社区伦理的重要价值依据和导向,是社区伦理建设的最终落脚点。社会道德传统是社区伦理产生和发展的必要前提和借鉴。社区伦理的功能是多方面的,包括实现需要的功能、规范行为的功能和凝聚人心的功能。社区伦理的运行则要依靠舆论机制、教育机制、自我调适机制和组织机制的相互配合,共同发挥作用。

On Community Ethics

This paper begins with a definition of community ethics. Then it analyses its relationship with community system, community goals and moral traditions. It points out that community ethics plays a multiple role, such as satisfying community needs, regulating community behavior and cementing community unity. The exercise of community ethics depends on the interaction of public opinion, education, self-adjustment and organization.
