| 摘 要： | 河南省司法鉴定立法既要依照国家法律、法规 ,借鉴外省市及国外经验 ,又要大胆突破 ,勇于创新。为此 ,需要重点解决司法鉴定的调整范围、司法鉴定委员会的性质与职能、司法鉴定机构、司法鉴定程序争议等比较大的、矛盾比较集中的问题。本文就上述几方面问题进行分析比较和论证 ,阐明解决办法
