论抗战时期我党干部教育的历史经验

抗日战争时期，在党中央和毛泽东同志的领导下，我党在干部教育上取得了巨大成就，摸索出一条成功之路，为促进反法西斯战争的胜利奠定了基础。其历史经验：一是党的高度重视；二是系统化的教育管理和行政机构；三是灵活、适时、科学的教育、教学方式、方法；四是自己动手，克服困难的精神和勇气。

On the Experience in the Education of the Cadres of the Communist Party During the Period of the Anti-Japanese War

During the period of the Anti-Japanese war,les by the Party Central Committee and Mao Zedong,the Party had made great achievements in the education of the cadres,groped a way to success and laid the foundation for promoting the victory in the Anti_Fascist.Its historical experience is considered as follows:the high emphasis of the party,systematic educational management and an administrative organisation,flexible,timely and scientific education and teaching methods,and the spirit and courage of using our own hands to overcome difficulties.
