| 摘 要： | 从"中国和平崛起"到"中国和平发展"概念的转变仅有半年的时间,这并不意味着中国政府放弃走"和平崛起"的发展道路,只不过为了避免引起外界的猜疑.中国和平发展随时代主题而律动,可谓正当其时.而谋求中国和平发展,又需要构建两个和谐社会,即构建和谐的国内社会与构建和谐的国际社会(或和谐世界).两个和谐社会的构建,作为互动的两个层面,廓清了中国和平发展道路的内容和方向,同时也是需要几代人、几十代人,甚至上百代人孜孜不倦的追求和奋斗.

| Abstract: | Only by half a year has the concept "China's peaceful rise" been conveyed into "China's peaceful development ".It doesn't mean that China's government gives up the development road of "peaceful rise" but that she avoids the others' misgivings.It's the right season for China marching forward along with the world tide of peace and development.Aiming at China's peaceful development needs to build up two harmonious societies,i.e.,a harmonious internal society and a harmonious international society,which is also called a harmonious world.Having a two-level reciprocity,building up two harmonious societies outlines the content and trend of the road of China's peaceful development,and needs her diligent struggle. |
