Thoughts on the Environmental Policy of EU

With the development of EU integration and the reinforcement of the relationship on trade and environment between China and EU, the research on the environmental policy and the laws of EU is getting more and more important in the academic circles. This paper tries to make a study of the environmental policy and the laws of EU through the discussion of the historical development, the system and its relationship with the competition law, and the foreign cooperation policy. It hopes to shed light on the construction of environmental laws and policy in China and help strengthen the economical relationships between China and Eu.
