| Abstract: | For a long time, jury system has been neglected in China, and the main reason for this negligence is that scholars in our country only regarded it as a judiciary system, and neglected its democracy function. The article analyzes thoroughly the function of the jury system , such as the function of political participation, surveillancing the judiciary power, ensuring the justice and educating the people. |
