| Abstract: | Takeover bid is the most lively form of exchange in property rights between enterprises in the present world,and establishing giant enterprise_blocs through strong_strog uninion as subjects in take_over bids is an important guarantee for the organizational renovation,better functioning and operation of enterprises.Thus the strong_strong union has no doubt become the main trend in the take_over bid of enterprises of our day. |
