| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,国债政策作为积极财政政策的重要组成部分发挥了很大作用 ,但与此同时 ,我们不得不考虑实施国债政策可能带来的后果。本文从国债规模和国债结构等方面对我国国债现状进行了实证分析 ,得出结论 :目前我国国债蕴藏着很大的信用风险 ,并就防范和化解这些风险提出了一些对策思路

| Abstract: | In recent years, as an important part of active financial policy,the National Debt(N_D) policy makes a great difference,but meanwhile we have to consider consequences it may lead to.The paper analyses the N_D scale and structure and comes to the conclusion that there is much potential credit risks in our debt.In addition some suggestions are given to prevent and dissolve the risks. |
