我国高职院校学报的SWOT分析及其发展战略的思考

借用战略管理中常用的SWOT分析方法对高职院校学报的内外环境进行分析后得知:其优势是定位较为明确、特色已现端倪、规章制度逐渐完善、规范化已经起步;其劣势是办刊观念存在错位和偏差、部分学报的办刊模式比较陈旧、作者队伍的整体素质不高、办刊条件较差;机会是高等职业教育蓬勃发展,高等职业教育理论研究引起重视,我国小型企业、乡镇企业及合资企业大发展;面临的威胁是与其他普通高校学报相比竞争力较弱,在整个期刊编辑学研究中的地位较低,高职院校的科研氛围不浓、科研环境较差.其发展战略是特色化、开放化、集中化、规范化.

A SWOT Analysis on Higher Vocational Education Journals and a Thought on their Development Strategies

"SWOT" analysis method is used in this paper to anylasize the inner and outside environment of Journals of higher vocational colleges.A conclusion is got.The superiority of them are shown in the following four aspects: more specific orientation,the appearing of characters,gradual consummating rules and the beginning of the standardization.Their inferiority is in the improper concept of publication origination,dated mode,low quality of their authors,worse condition.Their opportunity is the vigorous development of high vocational education,the need of strengthening the research of high vocational education theory,the great development of our country's minitype and village and towns enterprises.The danger they are faced with is the weak competitive compared with other general universities,the lower compacting degree in the research of the Journal editing,their thin atmosphere of scientific research and the worse scientific research environment.Specialized,open,centralized and standardized strategy should be taked in the development of higher vocational education journals.
