| 摘 要： | 国内各高等院校在开展教育教学改革中,都存在着教学研究成果促进教学改革实践和促进教学质量提高的效果不显著,有些研究成果在获奖之后,很难产生与研究成果齐名的改革实践成果等问题.这些问题的存在不利于高校教育教学研究工作的可持续发展,也不利于教育教学研究工作提升水平和地位.应针对高校教学研究工作重教学研究成果产出、轻成果转化的问题,探索出一套将教学研究成果有效地转化为教师教学改革行为的成果转化模式,形成成果转化的工作流程及工作指南.
