| 摘 要： | 美国政府对互联网信息传播的管理体系主要包括对网络不良信息的管理、电子商务秩序的协调以及网络安全保障体系的建构三个方面.中美同属互联网使用大国,美国的互联网管理为我们提供的借鉴包括:完善网络立法制度,适应网络发展变化,并严格执法;政府加大对网络安全技术研究的投入,以维护网络信息传播安全;政府整合各种资源提高网民素养,特别是利用我国学校教育体制优势,通过学校对未成年人进行网络知识的教育.
