| 摘 要： | 党章是立党、治党、管党的总章程,在党内具有最高的权威性和最大的约束力。党章集中概括了我们党的先进性的全部要求,涵盖了党的先进性建设的各个方面。把党章作为全面加强党的先进性建设的根本依据,是加强党的先进性建设重大战略思想理论创新的重要体现,是对马克思主义党的建设理论的丰富和发展,是对党的先进性建设规律认识的深化,这对全面加强党的先进性建设具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
